Health Canada Notification FEE

Health Canada mandates that all brands are required to notify within 12 days of any branded cosmetic entering the Canadian Market, change or discontinue use.

FEE SCHEDULE 
1-5 Products $99.99     |  Per Calendar Year 
6-10 Products $149.99  |  Per Calendar Year 
11-99 Products $199.99 |  Per Calendar Year 

CLC can at the customers request submit the documentation and review it yearly on behalf of your brand. 

NOTE: we will assist and respond to all reports as a registered notification, and will respond directly to Health Canada shall they request any additional info by having us file this information properly. We do not guarantee accuracy or take responsibility by filling out the form on your behalf based on the information/ knowledge we have.

You may choose to complete this notification yourself online as well as partake in all Health Canada Communication shall they request additional info directly or have further questions regarding percentages. If choosing this option CLC WILL NOT SUBMIT ANY NOTIFICATION TO HEALTH CANADA, and you as the brand owner WILL BE RESPONSIBLE in submitting the notification form for each product. Our consultation team will provide a paper copy of the ingredient percentage ranges for you to keep on file and check from order to order to make sure that has been no further changes to our stock ingredient formula.
