Any such assistance is offered without warranty, expressed or implied, including but not limited to merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Recommendations regarding product use or application shall not be construed as guarantees unless explicitly confirmed in writing by an authorized representative of Cosmetic Labs Canada.

Cosmetic Labs Canada is not responsible for outcomes resulting from improper formulation practices, misuse of materials, or use outside recommended guidelines. This includes, but is not limited to, incorrect application levels, unsuitable product combinations, or inappropriate end-use applications.

As with all manufacturing processes, small scale laboratory testing is strongly recommended prior to commercial production. The customer assumes full responsibility for verifying product performance, stability, and regulatory compliance before scaling. Cosmetic Labs Canada shall not be held liable for any damages or losses resulting from failure to conduct adequate testing or due diligence.

Liability of Cosmetic Labs Canada is strictly limited to the value of the goods supplied. Under no circumstances shall Cosmetic Labs Canada be liable for incidental, indirect, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of revenue, production downtime, or third-party claims.

Certain raw materials, including essential oils, must be handled with care. They should not be used internally unless under the supervision of a qualified medical professional and must be properly diluted prior to use to avoid adverse effects or damage.

By purchasing products or using services provided by Cosmetic Labs Canada, the customer agrees to assume full responsibility for testing, formulation, and compliance, and agrees to indemnify Cosmetic Labs Canada against any claims, damages, or losses arising from product use.
