Aloe Vera Juice is a naturally derived liquid obtained from the inner gel of the Aloe Barbadensis leaf. During processing, the outer rind is removed, the latex layer is thoroughly rinsed away, and the inner fillet is extracted and de-pulped. The result is a thin, unfiltered liquid that retains the natural fibre and suspended particles of the plant, giving it a slightly cloudy appearance and a fresh, characteristic aroma.
Aloe Vera is widely recognised for its moisturising and skin conditioning properties. It contains naturally occurring nutrients including Vitamin B complex, folic acid, Vitamin C, and carotene, a precursor to Vitamin A. It is commonly used in a variety of cosmetic applications such as soaps, creams, lotions, and other personal care products.
Although suitable for direct topical use, Aloe Vera Juice differs from Aloe Vera Gel in both texture and viscosity. As a natural ingredient, it is susceptible to microbial contamination and should be stored properly and used with an appropriate preservative system in finished formulations.

Directions and Suggested Usage

Apply gently to affected areas and leave on the skin. Store any remaining product in an airtight container in the refrigerator and stir before reuse if separation occurs. Patch testing is recommended.
Lightweight Facial Moisturiser: Blend 4 tbsp of Aloe Vera Juice with 1 tsp of Vegetable Glycerin, ½ tsp of Argan Carrier Oil, and ¼ tsp of Watermelon Seed Carrier Oil. Add 4 drops each of Tea Tree and Lavender Essential Oils and mix well. Apply a small amount to clean, dry skin and massage gently. Suitable for oily or combination skin and ideal for use before makeup or after shaving.
Targeted Skin Treatment: Mix 3 drops of Tea Tree Essential Oil with 3 tsp of Aloe Vera Juice. Apply to targeted areas as an overnight treatment and rinse in the morning. Patch testing is recommended prior to use.
Moisturising Face Mask: Combine equal parts Aloe Vera Juice, glycerol, water, and finely ground oat flakes until a smooth paste forms. Apply a thin layer to the skin, leave for approximately 5 minutes, then rinse with cool water.
Hydrating Hair Mask: Mix ½ cup of Aloe Vera Juice with 2 tbsp of a preferred carrier oil. Apply evenly through sectioned hair and leave on for 20 minutes before shampooing and conditioning. Ensure proper formulation and dilution to minimise potential irritation.
Post Shave Soothing: Apply Aloe Vera Juice to the skin after shaving to help calm and condition. Avoid use on highly sensitive or compromised areas.
Refreshing Hand Spray: Combine ½ cup of Aloe Vera Juice with ¼ cup of alcohol in a spray bottle. Add a few drops of essential oil if desired, shake well, and apply to the hands as needed. Patch testing is recommended.
