Organic Palm Carrier Oil (Refined) is a premium, cold-pressed botanical oil extracted from the fruit pulp of Elaeis guineensis. Unlike Palm Kernel Oil, which comes from the seed, Palm Oil is derived from the fleshy fruit and contains a distinctive balance of fatty acids.
Carefully refined to reduce its natural red colour and aroma, this QAI-certified organic oil provides a neutral, versatile base for cosmetic manufacturing. Naturally rich in palmitic acid, it helps improve product structure, consistency, and skin conditioning. Its stability makes it particularly suitable for cold-process soaps, cleansing bars, balms, creams, and body care formulations.
DIRECTIONS AND USAGE
- Cold-Process Soaps & Cleansing Bars: Incorporate approximately 20–50% of the total oil blend to improve bar hardness, structure, and longevity while contributing to a stable, creamy lather.
- Creams, Balms & Body Butters: Use approximately 1–10% in skincare formulations to enhance consistency, improve emollience, and leave skin feeling soft and conditioned.
- Hair Conditioners & Scalp Treatments: Incorporate approximately 1–5% into conditioners, scalp treatments, and hair oil blends to improve softness, manageability, and natural shine.
- Organic Cosmetic Formulations: Use as a conditioning and consistency-enhancing ingredient in organic lotions, creams, and body care products. Its refined, mild aroma makes it suitable for blending with compatible essential oils and other cosmetic ingredients.
