Product Description
Beeswax Beads White are a refined, natural wax processed to deliver consistent quality and ease of use in cosmetic and personal care formulations. The wax is carefully melted, filtered, and purified to remove colour and odour, then formed into small, uniform beads for convenient handling and accurate measuring.
This cosmetic grade beeswax functions as a structuring agent, helping to add body, firmness, and stability to formulations. It is commonly used in lotions, creams, balms, body butters, and soaps, where it acts as a thickener and supports emulsion stability.
Due to its refined, neutral profile, it is well suited for formulations requiring a clean white base or fragrance free finish, while allowing flexibility to add colour and scent as desired.
In candle applications, beeswax offers a clean, steady burn compared to paraffin waxes. It produces minimal smoke and is often selected for high quality and aromatherapy style candles.
Features And Benefits
Refined and Odourless: Beeswax Beads White are carefully filtered to remove natural colour and scent, resulting in a neutral, white to off white wax that is ideal for fragrance free or lightly scented formulations.
Clean Burning Performance: In candle applications, beeswax is known for its steady, clean burn with minimal smoke, making it a preferred option for high quality and aromatherapy style candles.
Enhances Structure and Stability: Provides body and firmness to formulations while supporting viscosity and acting as a secondary emulsifying aid in creams, lotions, and balms.
Natural and Easy to Use: Formed into uniform beads for convenient handling and accurate measurement, this wax is naturally derived and processed without chemical alteration.
Directions and Suggested Usage
Candle Making: Melt beeswax using a double boiler until fully liquefied, then blend with a suitable carrier oil if desired. Pour a small amount into containers, position the wick, and allow it to set before filling with the remaining wax. Leave space at the top and allow the candles to cool completely before trimming the wick. For optimal performance, allow the candle to burn long enough to create a full melt pool during initial use.
Solid Bars and Balms: Combine beeswax with carrier oils and butters, then heat gently until fully melted and uniform. Remove from heat, add any desired additives such as essential oils or antioxidants, and pour into moulds. Allow to cool and solidify before use. Patch testing is recommended prior to application.
Important Notes
Cautions: Beeswax has a melting point between 62°C and 67°C. Avoid overheating, as excessive heat may affect its natural colour and quality. Melt using low, controlled heat while stirring gently, and use promptly once liquefied to maintain optimal performance.
Storage: Store in a cool, dry, well ventilated area. Keep the container tightly closed when not in use.
